Current coaching opportunities available at the LBA

We are currently looking to recruit Badminton coaches to join

our established team, looking ahead to the 2024/25 season. Please see more details below:

  • Volunteer and/or paid roles available to any successful applicants
  • Packages available to suit any individual who has a passion for our sport
  • Full support will be offered by the current coaching team, management & LBA committee
  • Training takes place every Sunday from September through to May at The Priory Witham Academy in Lincoln, from 10-2pm
  • Any new coaches will have only have a 2-hour slot allocated
  • Potential to support matches and sessions for any of our four junior age groups,

    running up to 19 years old

  • Full DBS and Safeguarding courses will be required, assistance with this

    will be offered by our County Welfare officer

If you currently hold a UKCCL1 OR UKCCL2 qualification, or if you’re an enthusiastic individual who is looking to pave a way into coaching our County Juniors, we may be able to help you get started!

 

We offer competitive rates of pay to suitable candidates and

will also look to subsidise any volunteers who wish to progress

their coaching abilities in Badminton via coaching licences and awards.
